Dr. Shaw is great. She has helped me more than any other PC dr. Here in Fla. She let's you explain your conditions and is determined to understand how she can help. My health conditions are not easy but she definitely has helped me when other drs just wouldn't. My only complaint is her staff, when it comes to filing for referals with my health insurance. Twice, I sat waiting to see the Specialists I need to see, and after waiting 2 weeks, come to find out that they never sent them to my Medical insurance for approval. So now, I'm sitting home waiting longer to see them. As it takes 7 to 10 days for an approval from them...im now waiting for over a month. Yes, her staff is courteous and friendly but they need to do their jobs faster and more knowledgeable.
