Do not go here. Do not let your elder family and friends come here or their other location (elm road by Walmart). The ultrasound techs were fine but the lab here is ridiculous. I would love to know their training. Almost none of them know how to draw blood. There is one guy who doesnu2019t even read the scripts. And one older women who literally shoves the needle in your arm. One of them will eventually do something really harmful to someone itu2019s just a matter of time. I also was unable to get a receipt for a date of service which means I had to shell out over $200 for something that should have been reimbursed to me. Every single time I came here was an issue for me and I would go at least twice a week. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

This company really needs to update their website and door hours. They post in both places they are open until 4:30. I arrived at 3:57 for an updated background check for my job. I needed to run out to my car because I left my copy of my new ID on my passenger seat and I was told that I would have to come back tomorrow because itu2019s after hours. It was literally 4:00, and it was still 4:00 when I returned in from running out to my car. I was told they stop seeing people at 4:00, not 4:30.nnI said it was literally still 4:00 and I shouldnu2019t have to come back if I didnu2019t know that the business hours posted werenu2019t accurate and I already drove 25 minutes here.. and she did take me.nnBut that was so incredibly rude to almost turn me away while Iu2019m still standing in the lobby just needing to get my ID.nnI wouldnu2019t have come here except the only other work med in the areau2019s finger printing system is down. I definitely wonu2019t be back if I have another option.

Wife had an appointment for a physical at 10:15a, didn't come out till 1:15p. Sat in the car for 3 hours in the heat with 3 screaming children.nWent in after an hour and a half to see what was taking so long. The old bag at the counter said rudely that they are very busy and she'll be done when she's done.nBUT I DON'T CARE HOW BUSY THEY ARE, SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!! Why set appointments if your busyness can determine how long it will take?!nnI wish google reviews would allow me to type in swear words!

Been here for over 90 minutes for what should have been a 30 minute prework physical and drug test. I can hear everyone outside my door chit-chating and not doing anything. They've been sitting there the entire time. They are not busy, just extremely lazy. I guess they don't have to care about patient service when they have contracts that force people to use them. This is the result of being the lowest bidder.

Tried going for a work physical 3 different times.nn1) I show up on a Thursday for my appointment and they try to tell me my appointment was a week ago. It wasn't. They say to come back on Sunday.nn2) I come back on Sunday, fill out the paperwork, and wait for 30 minutes only for them to tell me that they can't see me because the computer wasn't working right and I couldn't be registered....when I was told to come in that day.nn3) I finally get in on the next Friday for a 1:00 appointment. I arrive at 12:45, get called back at 2:05, and have to wait another hour for the doctor. Why even take appointments if I'm just going to be seen whenever they feel like it? Never going back here.
