Doctor was very nice but she was the only doctor seeing people. my appointment was 5:15p. i wasnu2019t seen until 7:10p. people that i know had 5:30p and 5:45p appointments were seen before me. and two more additionally were seen before me that came way after me. and the one nurse acted like she couldnu2019t be bothered when asked how much longer it would take.

My appointment was scheduled at 1:30 and I was not seen by the doctor until 4 pm. There was only one doctor in that day and she was running around constantly trying to keep up, and still managed to be very attentive and professional. Hire more doctors. That's so inconsiderate of your staff and your patients who need to be seen in a timely manner.

I had to wait for over 2 hours for my son to be seen by the only physician there. Plus while waiting after an hour and a half i asked one if the nurses how much longer it would take. I got a very rude response from her. The dr was great, but was clearly exhausted from the overload of patient's she had helped throughout the day. This place needs to get it together and hire more Dr's. The patient's should not have to wait this long when they are already miserable in the first place. Especially if its a child. Children do not have the ability to wait this long and not be upset! It is not the patient's fault that this place isn't being responsible by having enough staff. And if thats not enough you have to deal with rude nurses in the process! Very disappointed!

My appointment was at 4:30. I arrived at 3:45 hoping to get in early. I sat in the lobby for an hour and 45 minutes and then after they took me back and checked vitals I then sat for another 40 minutes for the doctor to see me. I did not get out of their office until 6:41 pm. Not very happy since I am up at 2:00 am for work and it made for a super long and exhausting day.nnThe doctor was great and took her time with the exam and evaluation.

The Dr i saw was very thorough & wasn't afraid to touch my staff infection. With gloves of course. She had a great bed side manner too!nThe Dr i had 2 days prior was very rude in how she spoke to me. She stood at the door & looked at it. Told me what it was. She looked annoyed when I had questions on how to care for it.
