Reception was friendly. Sonya the MA was great, attentive and really listened to me. Gave me hope this wouldnu2019t be like every other visit iu2019ve had with Sheridan Memorial. NP was dismissive. Was in the room less than 4 minutes. Paid 75 so far, to be told to take ibuprofen and drink water. I wonu2019t be coming back.

I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to check in because the receptionist won't shut up with another person. Then I don't even get seen at the right time because I checked in late because the receptionist keeps talking to the person AFTER SHE SAT DOWN, and then they don't even see my son until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I asked for her to ensure my prescription gets sent to the pharmacy since I've had problems with doctors in Sheridan not sending it over. Instead of doing that, I get a call asking if I picked it up.nFire the receptionist. She's hopeless.

Went during a bills game, the doc waited until there was a game break to see me, when I told him I had ear problems and was bleeding out of my ear and couldnu2019t hear. He looked quick and said there was wax and couldnu2019t see infection. Instead of cleaning my ear to fully evaluate he game me meds so he could watch the rest of his game. Now I got a second opinion and have a blown ear drum because some kid doc with his twisted priorities didnu2019t do his job

Totally the best Dr and staff!!! We came from Gillette because we needed a pilot medical renewal and didnu2019t know we had to do application on computer before we seen the dr. They let us use their computer and helped us get what we needed. We are so happy with their team. ud83dudc4du2764ufe0fud83dude01 this is what American needs someone who goes above and beyond.
