I love this clinic. If you don't have insurance it's expensive however they have an awesome program you can join for less money. My grandson has been there twice. They saw him quickly and were very friendly. Happy I found this clinic and the program it offers. It's great for my grandson who doesn't have insurance.

After reading many reviews for Urgent Care centers around the North Texas area, I decided to visit NextCare in Sherman. Their reviews were awesome. And, they did not disappoint. From the front desk to the Intake staff to Ms Kathy, the FNP. Thank you for caring for me today. Well worth the extra 30 minute drive I decided to take.

I like the convenience of booking my appointment online, even though I didnu2019t use it. I walked in and they got me back quickly. You fill out your forms on your phone, so thereu2019s no touching used clipboards and pens, which I like. The clinic was clean and Dr and nurse were great! Communicated with me and didnu2019t leave me waiting for hours. Release paperwork was minimal and they took care of business. I hope I donu2019t have to, but if I need medical help after hours or weekends, I would definitely use them again.

The medical staff in the back were wonderful. But the front desk lady? WOW, so rude. Itu2019s one this to be rude to me, a 25 year old. But to be unkind to the older patient population? It was unacceptable. Even though I really enjoyed the care I received in the back, I will not be returning because the front desk receptionistu2019s behavior was atrocious.

I was in from out of town. Woke up with red painful eye. My husband called about copay and if appointment needed, the young lady took the time to look up my insurance and give him my copay amount and scheduled me an appointment to be seen before heading back home. Sign in was easy did it all online so didnu2019t have a lot of forms to fill out. Upon getting to the facility everyone was super nice and caring. Physician was very kind and understanding and had a small laugh with me. She made me feel good about coming in. Would 100 percent recommend! Thank you all for your help!
