Extremely appreciate from the beginning to the end of my patient experience. My first encounter with the receptionist. She was transparent with the cost of my visit as an out of network patient. I have been to Carbon Health many times and always got excellent care by top professionals. You can make an appointment so it minimizes the long Urgent Care wait times. Robert, Jessica, Zara and the whole staff there is fantastic. I have a regular primary care doctor but because the office is so backed up with appointments, Carbon Health really helps bridge the gap. They have even sent me for tests, so that when I followed up with my doctors, they have the information in front of them. I highly recommend.
