Great customer service, everyone from the front desk to the nurse practitioner is very cordial and professional. Dr de Barrou2019s nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and thorough, she made sure to explain the diagnosis to my teenager while reassuring him. Thanks for an Outstanding customer service!

I would rate them five stars, but a prescription of mine was written up incorrectly on my very first visit. But other than that, my multiple experiences with this clinic have been good. Very competitively priced too! Only $90 for your first visit, then $80 for any returning visits. I highly recommend Doctor Sean DeBarros!

Iu2019ve been to several Urgent Care clinics over the years. Working for a Dr.u2019s office itu2019s nice to be able to go right after work. I was hesitant though because of past experiences with urgent care clinics. Dr. Hau was probably the absolute best physician I have ever seen. He was personable, easy to talk to, very empathetic. The nurse Mike Williams was also hands down the BEST. The entire staff was so nice and the office was clean and roomy. I would recommend Sherwood Urgent Care to everyone! And this will definitely be the clinic I return to if need be! Thanks guys yu2019all were amazing!

Sherwood Urgent Care has very friendly & courteous staff. When I walked into the clinic I immediately felt welcomed. They gave me all the information I needed and made sure all of my questions were answered. The test results were fast and efficient. All staff were professional & compassionate. The experience was quick and efficient. You should definitely make Sherwood Urgent Care your go to urgent care clinic. Itu2019s the best experience I have had in the BR area.

My first visit at this clinic was amazing which is why I returned when I needed an urgent care clinic. On my second visit at this clinic, not only did I not have a good experience for the visit, they referred me to see an orthopedic specialist because they could not treat my issue, only they refuse to send over a referral to the specialist so I can get an appointment to be seen. They also refuse to give me a copy of my x-rays so that I can bring to my primary Dr to get my foot taken care of. Extremely poor service. Seeing a veterinarian would be more beneficial than visiting this clinic.
