Dr. Ali Khazaeizadeh is just different, he truly cares and takes his time. His front office is kind and attentive. I feel blessed to have found him via mutual friends, whom are also physicians, they highly recommended him and I understand why. If you're looking for a solid PCP that is much better than the many so called 'concierge' money chasing ones, then this physician is your answer. Terrible service. Girls at front are rude. Dr not here but checked me in , made me pay then made me sit for over 30mins before i asked what is going on? Then they tell me u201c oh dr is not here, he wonu2019t be here for 20 minsu201d. I mean really youu2019re gonna take my money and not communicate to me that the doctor is not here and that I will have to wait almost 45 minutes before I see him. I hate this walkin. Do not go.

Used to be a great place. Something has changed maybe ownership or manger. They have lost all my medical records even from last year. Have no manager on site to talk to, when asked to speak to a doctor or a manager about the issue.
