I have been a pt with this medical group for several years. The office is convenient. I never have to wait long for a scheduled appointment. I never feel hurried during my appointment. I have time and my questions are answered. The doctor always has my latest test results and updates from specialists. When I have messaged the office with a question there is usually a response within 24 hours.nI believe the care I receive is excellent and hopefully I will be able to continue seeing Dr Hizon in the future.

This officer staff completely UNABLE to submit approval for injectable medications. They are incompetent and unaware of standard process to send to medical group for approval. Additionally, their voicemail is always full. Complete incompetence for failing to get approval on injectable meds.

I am so appalled by the terrible service Iu2019ve experienced. I have not received referrals via my doctor since October 2024. When I call, they let me know the referrals have been authorized; however, are unable to send me the providers information as their system will not allow them to. When I find one on my own and ask for authorization of that provider who is part of their network, they explain the authorization may or may not happen. I have called numerous times and have been told a supervisor/other representatives will return my call, but they do not call me back. I am extremely fed up and canu2019t believe they can get away with such poor service especially in healthcare!

Dr. Stephen Reale is an incredible physician. He addresses all of my concerns every time I see him. He's respectful and kind. Genuinely concerned with my well being and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him and my equally wonderful Rheumatologist, Dr. Aelita Khachatrian. She is also very respectful and knowledgeable. She always takes the time as Dr. Reale does, to address my concerns. And she is also kind. I love my doctors!

Great Dr. Office! I have used Dr. GUTIERREZ for over 10 years. He listens to my questions and concerns and will send me to specialists or labs as needed to fulfill ne needs.
