I went there with my son and they had us waiting for long time just to come tell me he was fine. As we were waiting for another 30 min to get discharged the nurse came and said she needed to do blood test and that to keep him isolated till Tuesday and I will get a call. Never got call so I called them and they told me u201cif you didnu2019t get a call then itu2019s because itu2019s negu201d okay! But I was told he needed to be isolated so yall didnu2019t think it was important to call and let me know that he was okay to go back to school. Horrible!

So the nurse on B3 said, they'd call health care proxy back at 10:00, to see if patient took med's. Waited till 10:14 no call. So you call them and the nurse's attitude was, you told us not to call.. Last time I have someone admitted to that hospital. ud83cudfe5nThen information desk, was supposed to have Head of nursing call or paged. Think you've heard, from them yet? Hell no! What kind of hospital is this??nIf this in-patient has a stroke/heart attack for not taking his med's. The nurse's and hosp. ud83cudfe5 will hear about it, not allowing me not to come in

My daughter had a medical emergency today that caused extreme amounts of anxiety. The nurse (Diane) she received was absolutely remarkable. I canu2019t even fathom how great she was. She helped my daughter through breathing exercises and truly has a magical touch for calming someone down. She spent a lot of time with her and speaking to her about how to work through anxiety. She checked in on me multiple times too. Unfortunately I donu2019t remember the doctors name but was great too.

Sat in the ER with an open bleeding wound for 2.5 hours just to be told I wasnu2019t on the intake. I went through intake, they just are sloppy and donu2019t care about patients. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

As I sit here for now six hours in a hallway I watched it fill up and empty a couple times and empty. The check in nurse was extremely rude and bitchy she could see I was in extreme pain and offered no assistance. Fortunately a young lady helped expedite things and got me into a bed which helped with the pain. I have had no one except a nurse that stopped by to take my blood pressure and Iu2019ve just been laying here in the now empty hallway since 11:30 and now one stopped to aske how am I doing??? I will never come back to this hospital again!! To make matters worse I was never offered anything to eat or assistance with the bathroom. When asked for something to eat because I had to take medication they gave me some stale crackers
