Went for a work related injury. Seen by physician assistant. Told me what was wrong said he will call in a prescription to CVS next store. The next day never got a call from pharmacy. Called back to Immediate Care to let them know Pharmacy never received the prescription. The physician assistant that I saw was not there and the one that was there wouldnu2019t help me. Told me thru a nurse to purchase over the counter medicine and to call back next week to talk to the original physician assistant was working. I said that is crazy. To go a whole week waiting or to purchase over the counter medicine. I asked to talk to the person in charge of the facility and they told me I had to leave a message, itu2019s been four days and no response!!! Poor service to leave a patient hanging and to deal with my own problem. Please think twice about going there!!!!!

I came in for a thumb laceration. They took great care of me. The receptionist was polite and efficient. The medical staff was cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I received four careful stitches and glue and experienced very little discomfort in the process. Follow-up instructions were thorough.

I visited the Amherst immediate care on 2/14 at 2:30pm. Tiffany was my provider. She was upbeat, kind and listened to me babble. She was thoughtful about my care plan, took my concerns into consideration and answered all my questions in detail. She really made me feel comfortable and Iu2019m grateful when I was feeling really crummy that she took the time to make sure I was comfortable.
