I am blown away by the care and compassion I received. From the receptionists, medical assistants and the provider Colleen Ju were all absolutely amazing. I am so lucky to have been able to establish care at this clinic. They are all incredible. I am feeling so hopeful and validated. I drive 40 minutes to this clinic and itu2019s absolutely worth it. You will not receive this level and respect and care most places these days unfortunate as that is. Thank you so much everyone for being such bright light in these dark times. I am so grateful

We will never come back! Last year I had to take my daughter to the ED as they could not get us in and Urgent care was not yet open! This cost me 500 dollars! Just another example of very poor healthcare! And poor care from our PCP! Now today after waiting for an appointment I was 10 or 11 minutes late and they turned me away, spouting policy is 7 minutes! I am so angry! I took the day off work to get my daughter ready in! Way to go Jennifer Stevens, you seam like a nice enough person but totally missing patient care! You are obviously just in it for the money! You are a very bad person. We will have to find someone else who has a sensitivity gene as yours is missing!

First things first, I am leaving a 5 star review for Legacy Medical Group aka Family Medical Group in Silverton @ 335 Fairview St. The service that is provided by the office staff (front desk & the PAu2019s & the nurses) have gone above and beyond each time I have called, left a message on myChart, need help to and from my van, need files on my history sent out externally, giving me shots, taking my blood, refilling prescriptions, and putting up with me!! I would give that team more stars if Google allowed me to. They are absolutely FANTASTIC, AMAZING, PATIENT, DEDICATED, and WONDERFUL team!! I will continue being a client, if theyu2019ll keep me!!

I too see Margaret Franklin. In my 47 years I have never had a more caring and wonderful health care professional. She is truly one of the most amazing people. She listens, empathize, and truly cares. She takes her time to find out how you are truly doing. Everyone who sees her just loves her. I wouldn't see anyone else.nThe staff at the clinic is great too. Alma is the only one I trust to draw blood from me. She is always efficient and quick. She , like Margaret is the best of the best...I consider myself blessed to heave these two caring for me. Thank you Ladies....many Blessings. Vickie Anderson

If I could give this place 0 stars I wouldu2026 My husband and I have been patients of Jessica and my husband is with Uselman for years. Today was the last dropped ball. We spend almost an hour on the phone yesterday and another hour this morning trying to reach someone ANYONE!!! I got my son and his bleeding ears into the car and drove in to see why no one was answering the phones. Not one patient in the office and two people sitting at the desk talking to each other. I wouldnu2019t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
