Several health staff members including Dr. Tahir treated me for multiple ear infections over an 18 month period here at Simcare in Sugar Land, Texas. In that time I had several lengthy and painful ear infections for which they prescribed z-packs, amoxicillin, and other antibiotics. The problem all along was a piece of a bright orange silicone swimmers ear plug that had broken off and was stuck in my ear canal. It was about the size of a fingernail. How the staff and doctors missed it, despite using an otoscope to illuminate and view my ear on each visit, is beyond me. On my subsequent visit to an ENT doctor, she agreed and promptly removed it (photo attached). That ended my chronic ear infections. Additionally, I never appreciated here that I was passed on the a nurse practitioner on almost every visit after the first one or two.

After not having had a PCP in quite sometime, I didnu2019t know where to start or that I would like my first choice as much as I did. From the very start, I could tell Dr. Abbasi truly cared about his patients. During the visit, he went in detail and thought on everything he could do to help each time.nHe is very professional, caring, and intelligent, and it definitely comes across during your appointment. Heu2019s not a doctor that will just prescribe and send you on your way. He will follow up, ask, and make sure things are going well for you.nIn the event, he wasnu2019t able to help me, he made sure to find someone who was as quickly as possible. And checked in again to make sure it was working out.nA very trustworthy doctor who also cares and is extremely experienced.

I recently terminated all my medical doctors, and I was looking for new doctors. I visited SimiCare Medical Group in Sugar Land. I met with Dr. Nadia Abbasi and her professional team. I was pleased with their listening skills, politeness, professionalism and cleanliness.nDr. Nadia didnu2019t bash my old doctors. She said, letu2019s start fresh between you and I. Thatu2019s exactly what I needed and wanted from a medical team. If you are looking for a new Primary Care doctor, give Dr. Nadia and her professional team a chance. Ask for Victoria, she will make sure you receive good care.nnIn 2024, Dr. Terrance has become my primary doctor at Simcare. He has provided me with great service, care, and support. The other thing I like is the communication with have about my health, and the way he speak or talk with me.nnDr. Terrance has a great supporting staff that includes Victoria, Gabby & Amy. These ladies are very professional. Stop into their Sugar Land location. Tell them the Freemanu2019s sent you.nnItu2019s 2025, and Simcare Medical Center in Sugar Land, Texas is still providing great services. Doctor and staff may change, but Victoria the office Manager is still there, and she makes sure her staff and doctors provide great services to people.

- I booked them through Zocdoc for a relatively urgent infection quicker than my OB could get me in. They have 0 Connection with Zocdoc and had no idea of my appointment.n- they u201csqueezed me inu201d for what I was pretty sure was an infection. I was instead told that its 99% not an infection, and could be stage 0 cancer.n- they ran my tests and sent me home with a followup for one week later with Dr Tahira, told me theyu2019ll prescribe Lidocaine for the pain.n- the prescription never showed up at my pharmacy.n- the results came back in a day but I couldnu2019t log into my portal since they registered my phone number incorrectly.n- all tests came back negative so I had 0 relief or idea what was going on.n- I kept my own symptoms at bay with homemade remedies that instead made my symptoms worse.nnWhat was a small localized yeast infection turned into a raging yeast infection, inspired a UTI that also turned into a Bladder infection untreated.nn- dr tahira did a no show for my tele-health appointment for 2.5 hours.n- i scheduled with my regular OB who gave me the results I have todayn- dr tahirau2019s nurse called me 3.5 weeks after to tell me about my UTI. 3.5 WEEKS of an untreated UTI.nnI am actually quite surprised I donu2019t sue them myself.
