Just tried this urgent care for the first time and was thoroughly pleased from the very short wait time to the staff and physician. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hasan was very knowledgeable about what would help and wanted to help me feel better faster and kick-started my treatment with an IV antibiotic since I am limited on medications I can take. She was sensitive and thorough in her exam. I really appreciate knowing we have a great urgent care here in Simi Valley and if needed, I will be coming here in the future. Keep up the great work! It's a breath of fresh air!

A wonderful facility. I was in so much pain I could barely talk. The staff was incredible and got me right back. The Doctor was compassionate and thoroughl. I never post reviews and this Dr. & Staff deserve 5 stars. Kudos to the Male nurse. This saved me a trip to the hospital, and can she my Gastro physician tomorrow. Thank you

My wife was hospitalized two days after having come here and told u201cyouu2019re fineu201d without being physically looked at. Major miss and the hospital nurses said her condition could have been caught with proper testing at this urgent care. The doctor there spent no more than 30 seconds with her with no testing. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience at Simi Valley Urgent Care this past week. The place look like it was recently remodeled. Everything looked very nice and the facility is clean. The front desk girl was very welcoming and friendly. They accepted my PPO insurance, filled out some forms and was taken back fairly quickly. No wait time at all!nnAfter struggling with being sick for a few days and not getting any relief from over-the-counter medications, I was given IV antibiotics and steroids. I felt significantly better almost immediately.nnI was seen by Dr Hasan, she is very friendly and very understanding of my health concerns. I will definitely be coming back here!nnThe entire process was smooth, and my antibiotics were sent directly to my pharmacy. Highly recommend this urgent care if you're not getting relief elsewhere!
