Just saw Dr Drummond with my husband who we both here for different reasons but we both were seen at the same time.nFirst. I saw two people in the lobby throwing a tantrum to the receptionist because they did not want to wear a face mask and they were allowed? Then when we were called in the back, we also saw some people not wearing face masks. This is a doctoru2019s office, it should be mandatory.nSecond. Dr Drummond touched my foot then proceeded to touch my husbandu2019s eyes without washing his hands. Gross, he proceeded to the next person after us and I asked the blonde nurse in front of our room if that is what he usually does in which she says u201cItu2019s ok, Dr Drummond never washes his hands!u201d DISGUSTING.nSweet doctor but I know this facility is dirty based on all this.

We recently changed insurance and needed a dr office in network. We tried SVMG and wow what a mistake! The reception staff was rude an not very accommodating. We needed vaccinations but kept getting the run around and finally the office simply refused to provide the vaccination. I changed doctors and was able to get the vaccination with my new dr the very next day. This doctor wasted 3 weeks of our time and very frustrating back and forth calls. Looking for a good doctor? Look somewhere else!

Dr Lee is great, my problem is his receptionist the ladyu2019s name is Brenda I called because I have Covid also a heart stent and blood thinners, I have had a co worker die of CovidnThis lady was rude and unprofessional, no help, appointment,ectu2026nAll this medical professional said very rudely is your not dying, how the hell does she know over the phone, not one question asked about symptomsnSorry this office has become a joke
