Very ghetto staff treats you like a child it's all about money and nothing about you staff is very rude and if you have any issues they don't care just want to get your money and get you out the door if you ask any questions you get thrown out the door I am shocked at the lack of empathy for patience fake smiles and uncaring staff and DRs I'm so very tired of people treating your age like your a child and disposable

We were checked in immediately upon arrival, & our wait time was only 5-10 minutes before going back to the examining room. The, nurse was very efficient at taking our vital signs.nDr Sparks was quite friendly & solicitis of our concerns as always.nWe really apreciate the friendliness, care, & concern of all of the Oak Street Health South staff, but especially that of Dr Sparks. We both think that she is the best Doctor we have ever had. Outstanding!

Everyone was awesome. And the customer lounge was like no other . Coffee games TV and very comfortable seating and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was in a great mood, friendly. I will never want to switch facilities. I love OAK STREET.

I've had 2 appointments here at oak Street healthcare and both were botched.nI was just called on Friday of last week to confirm my appointment this morning and they never picked me up. The first appointment I made was a couple of years ago and they were 2and a half hrs late taking me in.nI personally don't want a Dr this flimsy.nThey didn't even care to reschedule me. Not that I would reschedule. Unless your over 60 yrs of age. I feel like my medical needs are not important to them. That's ok I hate Drs anyway.nThey think they know all about you, when they actually know nothing.

I thought I had found a very good health clinic but unfortunately I was wrong again. I seen them back in March and again just the other day. Noone took blood to check my thyroid and my sugar levels. I got the feeling that they do not have time for their patients.
