My current Dr. Is Dr Bullock when I first started to come see her I had no complaints. Few months goes by and she has taken on way to many to new patients and now every time I try to go see her just for a medication check up I can seem to get in to see her. She is always 3 to 4 months completely booked out. I noticed my last few visits also she was very in and out. I think it's just very irresponsible to take on so many patients that you don't even know your current on a good Dr. Patient level anymore. I just walked out for my check up and when I had made the appointment I know I had given them my updated insurance information the refused to see me cause they said the did not have it on me. It was at home seeing no need to bring it due to already giving it to them. You can never get in touch with the DR.office you get a call center. When I called to make this appt. She send my medication request the the wrong Dr.it took me over a week to get a refill. This place is just all over the place and in this office if you want a Dr. Or the office to know you. It's not the place at all it's very corporate and that is all you get. Really sad

This place is terrible. They apparently have a 9 minute late policy which isn't listed anywhere when you make your appointment or in any of their text reminders. As a busy mom who hasn't been to the doctor in awhile, I was really counting on being able to see the doctor, but was turned away for being late. Again, I'm a busy mom, being late happens. I had to rearrange a bunch of things to make this appointment and was probably 7-8 minutes late. I then had to wait in line to check-in for at least 5 minutes, which put me past the 9 minute mark. On top of that, they had me listed as a new patient, even though I have been there several times. They didn't have record of my previous visits. So unprofessional. I pleaded with the receptionist to make an exception as this was very important for me, but after she went back to check with the provider two different times, I was still turned away. I left feeling very dismissed and uncared for. I rescheduled, but will be calling back to cancel. I'm going to find a new provider and location where the providers and staff show kindness and understanding to their patients and are more welcoming and family-friendly.

As someone with some health/doctor anxiety, Sam was amazing!! This was my first appointment and she was so understanding and kind. I also got bloodwork done, which I hate and the phlebotomist was AMAZING! I will definitely be returning for all other appointments

Love my provider, nurses and lab techs. Wasnu2019t impressed at all with Tory. I saw him as I couldnu2019t get into Sam. He was judgmental and lacked general kindness. My biggest issue with the office is follow thru on prescriptions and testing. Having to call them back or deal with the u201cassistantu201d is repetative, time consuming and annoying. Plus there were diagnosisu2019s in my chart that I wasnu2019t aware of nor were they discussed with me. Possibly werenu2019t even accurate. Iu2019m losing trust in my medical professionals based on these experiences. It may be time to move on to another practice.

I have seen Samantha for years. She is the ideal provider. Anyone would be lucky to see her.On the other hand, Tory should lose his license. No bed side manner. Lack of proper communication and no working knowledge of medication. It would be better to go without care than to see him.And Advent Health is anything but patient centered. Good luck.
