Woke up with bladder infection symptoms. Being new to the area I had to rely on google to find a place to be seen. I can testify that all the reviews were accurate! Incredibly warm and welcoming. I was seen almost immediately. Dr. was so kind and personable, he really took time to talk with me and explain everything. So very appreciative of the excellent care I received. Highly recommend!

Our family has visited Sincera a handful of times with our girls. Each time, the staff has been very kind and efficient! The wait time is so quick, we barely have time to sit down in the waiting room. While conversing with the nurse, our children are shown kindness and compassion. The kids even receive a fun little toy! After we meet with the physician, our questions are answered. A couple of times after leaving the facility, we called or messaged for other concerns, and were given immediate responses. We are very happy with this medical office! Thank you Doctor Carlstone!

My son got injured during a HS basketball game (we were from out of town) and required stitches. The entire staff was super nice and helpful! Iu2019ve never been to a better urgent care place! We never felt rushed and they took the best care of my son. The doctor even called after we left (and they were closed) to tell me things he had forgot to mention while I was there to make sure my son received the best possible care! I canu2019t recommend this place enough!

We visited Sincera after my daughter experienced a fall at a gymnastics meet. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out in about 45 minutes which included getting x-rays. This was by far the best experience weu2019ve had with urgent care!

Opted to visit Sincera on a Saturday morning and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Easy parking, cheery and empathetic reception (Hailey is a rock star), very comfortable waiting area (bright, peaceful, well-ventillated, spacious and windows; love the windows), my intake nurse was super professional and thorough, did a couple of quick tests, saw the doctor who ordered an x-ray that happened immediately, diagnosis, prescriptions written and out the door. I was impressed by every aspect of my first experience with the Sincera team. Highly recommend.
