My wife went last night to west Asheville. Our baby was coughing etc. Doctor walked in told my wife I can look at him an tell his fine. Well we had to bring him to the hospital this morning. That Doctor was rude and very unprofessional. People like her should never be a Doctor. Now our 6 week old baby boy is at the hospital because she didn't do her job. I will be filling complaints against her and sisters of mercy

When I arrived there with a serious injury, they were wonderful. They got me in quickly, took a picture of it and conferred with an outside specialist. Then they got my hand cleaned up, x-rayed, bandaged and I was out the door in about an hour and a half. Everyone, from the doctor to the technicians, to the receptionist were kind, professional, and efficient. I was impressed that they had a doctor there, not just technicians or a PA. Throughout the entire experience I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend the Sisters of Mercy Urgent Care.

I really don't like having to go to an urgent care, but this one I have been to several times over the years and it's typically decent situation. That said, it can usually be pretty slow to get seen. So be prepared, wear your mask, and take something to do like a book to read or a tablet to surf the internet on.

I've never had to wait as long at any Urgent Care anywhere as you do here. Every time. You may as well go to the ER. The care is acceptable, out of three visits, only one I would say was an impressive doctor. The other two were really just the most basic care they could do. Not worth the incredibly long wait time (and we used online check in- STILL waited hours after being told it was time for us to come in) I understand sometimes they're busy but there's been no cars, no people, and apparently just NO doctors there. You think you're getting in quickly but they stick you in the back and forget about you. It's terrible when you're really sick or really in pain. Like I said, go to the ER.

Didn't think it was possible to give 5 stars when having a covid test. However the nurse made me super comfortable, talked to me before & after and brought me the best news. Negative results. He even spoke to me briefly about my concerns as far as what else my Diagnosis could possibly be.
