I was told they accepted my insurance and after a few visits I received a bill for $1,200+. When I called they said that they hadnu2019t accepted my insurance in over a year yet their staff failed to tell me this when booking all my appointments. This was very disappointing because from the get go of my first appointment I confirmed with staff that they accepted my insurance and never once did they mention that I was out of network.

The staff made me feel very uncomfortable. I had to schedule a check up appointment for a month out and when I did go In for my appointment I let them know that I had just found out I was pregnant (10 weeks). While waiting to be examined I heard the nurses in the lobby talking about me saying u201cshe hasnu2019t been bleeding since July and sheu2019s just now noticing u201c along with other things. I just got up and left due to feeling so out of place. Very unprofessional and was very insensitive.
