Last week both my daughter and husband had sinus infection and was kind enough to share with me. Started feeling ill Friday and by yesterday (Memorial Day) felt worse. Saw they were open and went. Place is super clean, staff is super nice and Doc was great. I did have a sinus infection but also bronchitis. It was my first time there and will use them again. My current primary care used to be an urgent care with walk-ins welcomed but they stopped and was even closed. I have auto immune issues which when I feel sick I need an urgent care or it's a trip to the ER. Thank you for being open yesterday. Thank you for seeing me. Thank you for a warm reception and great care. Thanks to you and the new meds I am feeling better today and it's only past 24 hours. I will definitely come again, let's just hope not too soon. Oh and thanks for saving me from a long day visit in the ER.

Very organized, clean, and professional. It's never overly crowded, usually seen straight away. Broke my finger yesterday and ran right there. They stitched me up and splinted my finger. Very appreciative of their help as if i went to a hospital i probably would have say there for hours before being seen.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The doctor was very informative and could immu00e9diatly diagnose my issue. It was such a comforting environment. I would 100% recommend this urgent care to others.

My experience was v good starting with the call to confirm your hours then my arrival. Everything was handled in a way that made me feel I mattered! I was greeted with warmth by the person (she wore pinkish glasses) Iu2019m an Art Director so I notice these things :) at the front desk and I had a short wait. The person who took my vitals was equally as friendly. The doctor was also knowledgeable and friendly. I was VERY itchy and bordering on miserable so the fact they helped me go quickly and knew what was happening was what I needed. I knew Iu2019d get help! So THANK YOU!!

Why do I have to scan a barcode and re-enter all of my information online? Either you have all of my information from the first time I visit or you don't. If you don't...then I can see why I have to re-enter it. But when I asked why...I didn't get a clear answer. It would be nice if you can just show your insurance card and be done. Because your insurance card should have all of that required information. Such as, address phone number Etc. This added extra step of going online can be challenging for someone who's much older or who's too ill to even focus. In my case the barcode was not working because it wouldn't take me to the website. And the person sitting next to me was having additional problems and had to ask for help several times. Scanning the barcode is just a waste of everyone's time and aggravation. Patience shouldn't have to do the work of the employees that actually work there. However, I want to add that everyone there were very nice and friendly. There weren't that many people there so I was seen right away.
