I have been to this Lake Hopatcong location several times, when I am unable to see my doctor upstairs depending on that days events and timing. I am always greeted with smiles and never wait more than 15 minutes to be seen, even on busy days. Have never had a bad experience here, and would recommend to anyone I know in the area.

Very helpful and welcoming staff at the check-in desk. It was my first time at this office. They checked me in quickly and within 10 minutes I was being attended by a knowledgeable provider who reviewed my symptoms and physical condition. I was given clear instructions and descriptions of what was being prescribed and I was on my way. Excellent experience and care.nnReturned to the Skylands Urgent Care Lake Hopatcong six months later for an unrelated medical issue and I received the same level of excellent attention and care. Grace, the medical assistant was thorough and very caring and took all my vitals. It was a very informative experience where I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with the doctor examining, consulting and prescribing treatment and medication in a clear manner. I am once again very pleased with the experience and on the mend soon after.

I'm from update NY where urgent care around me is horrible. I dreaded going here while visiting my son but was really sick. I was completely impressed from the moment I checked until I saw the Dr and then left. So efficient, easy, friendly and quick! I cannot say enough good about this place. Sure wish it was like this where I live!
