Everyone at Helix was accommodating and caring. I had to wait a little bit once I arrived for my appointment, but nothing to complain about considering we are in the peak of flu & cold season. The practitioner took her time to listen, and gave me choices about my care which I appreciated. I'm happy to have such a great facility so close to home.

I want to thank the staff at this facility. I went in with a terrible reaction after cleaning the AC unit in my apartment. My face was on fire, my eyes were watering and I was unable to close my eyes due to the pain. The staff there acted quickly and I am doing much better. Thank you very much! Steve D.

Terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment and still waited 2 hours. Awful place , unfriendly staffing not very clean either. After over 2 hour wait , doctor rolls into the room and doesn't even introduce herself. In / out of the appointment in under 60 seconds. Very rude and unprofessional. To many other and better places to go . Zero bedside manners . Stay away .

The review reflects their billing and insurance department , not the care. Was charged over $200 3 months after our visit. No explanation, no bill in the mail, nothing from insurance about a balance. Complete break down in communication!

I was seen last month in January for a lingering sore throat. The doctor came in for all of 2 minutes, wrote me prescriptions and rushed out the door. They then billed my insurance $500 for the visit, this is more than Iu2019ve ever been charged for urgent care and far more than what I get charged at my primary physician. I tried calling the billing department and was met with an answering machine stating that they would call me back in 7-10 business daysu2026nnInsane prices and poor customer service, sadly this is what the American health system has come to. Will not be returning to a helix again.
