I had a fantastic experience at Fast Med! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. I was seen promptly, and the medical team was professional, compassionate, and thorough. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized. I truly appreciated the care I received when I was feeling sick and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt medical attention!

Would not recommend this place. On Wednesday, February 5, 2025 I visited Fast Med urgent care. The reason for the visit was not feeling well feeling dizzy, and I had high blood pressure. I felt not well due to distress that was created at my workplace and things not whereu2019re going well for the last three months. My blood pressure was 161/77 and I explained the situation to the doctor. My normal blood pressure is 120/80 give or take a few points. Yet in my discharge papers, the doctor made a note under level of distress section as NAD, which means no apparent distress. If blood pressure of 161 is not an indication of distress I donu2019t know what is? Also, I was recommended doctor Sawn Dillon of cross keys for primary care physician. When I looked up Dr. Dhillon on Google the rating was at 2.8 stars with 30 reviews. I donu2019t know why would somebody recommend the place with such a low rating especially if itu2019s a doctor. Iu2019m questioning the professionalism and intent of this place. The only reason why Iu2019m not giving this place a one star review is the fact that the staff was pretty friendly and I got to talk to the doctor pretty fast.

Please be aware it appears the old man doctor is not training the young women Physician Assistant (P.A.). My wife and I were in last weekend when the doctor was gone. My wife is a registered nurse and had a terrible cough, but the P.A. refused to honor her request for cough syrup with codeine which is the gold standard of cough medicines. My wife explained itu2019s the only medicine that has worked for her over the years, but the P.A. would only prescribe Benzonatate, which doesnu2019t tend to work much better than Mucinex for a hacking cough. My doctor told me there is no reason for the P.A. to refuse my wifeu2019s request and she should never have said she just doesnu2019t prescribe cough syrup with codeine without a real explanation. The P.A. is obviously a new graduate and has little to no experience treating patients and with bedside manners. The receptionist was excellent but call first to see if the doctor is in, so you do not waste your time.
