The care here is top notch! Friendly & helpful as soon as you walk in the door, super efficient customer service & quality tools (check-in screens, assistance from Medical Assistants on tablets), really state-of-the-art facility.nThey called me back within 10 mins of arriving for my appointment. Although they were in-network for my UHC coverage, instead of a $50 copay (like I used to have) it was 20% (which translated to $210). I was happy to pay this from my health savings account, though, just to get quality, immediate care - which they definitely delivered!nSo happy with the quality of care I received & the timely manner in which I received it, with no fuss or inconvenience on my end! (Especially after having come directly from Concentra across the street who had NONE of these benefits!)nHappy customer & will be back.nnUpdate: The physician was very transparent & comprehensive in creating a treatment plan that fit my needs & gave me peace of mind!

Everyone was very nice there. Very clean establishment. As a walk in i waited an hr and a half. I was seen by Dr Guzman who said I contracted a respiratory virus that traveled to my intestines. I was in so much pain. Prescribed pain meds. The next day I received a courtesy call about my status. They told me if I feel worse to go to ER. I was getting worse with the pain, that same morning I went to ER and was diagnosed with a severe diverticulitis infection. So I was put on an IV and morphine. They did a CT scan and i was Sent home with amoxillan and Tylenol codeine to follow up with my gastroenterologist. I was hoping it was just a virus. But unfortunately not. I appreciate care now for all they did. Thank you.

Horrible patient service. They refused me medical care and refused to provide paperwork stating their policies on why I was refused care. They proceeded to try and get me to leave based on me continuing to ask them to produce the proper paperwork. What a failure at serving the community of San Antonio. Please go to literally ANY other medical care facility I am shocked at the mishandling of this situation. Very sad, worst interaction coming from Michael Dias whom failed again to produce the policy. I am not sure if they just didnu2019t want to work this evening however I donu2019t understand their inability to not produce CareNowu2019s policy on this. No harm no foul if this is in effect and can be produced as this is NOT Texas law. I fully am aware of private businesses having their own policies, but itu2019s a huge red flag as they refuse to produce the policy. And I completely elected and stated multiple times that I am self-pay. I do hope if you do continue care with this facility that they at least treat you like a human. I was denied that basic right.

I would recommend CareNow to anyone I know. I use to only go to Texas Med Clinic but the last time I went there I was treated so poorly by everyone there working. From the moment I checked in at CareNow the lady at the front desk was so kind, to the nurse that took me back to my exam room. Not even 20 minutes later I was seen by the PA and she was very kind and patient with me. I was willing to ride out my sickness without being seen by a doctor because of Texas Med Clinic but CareNow has completely changed my mindset and I will 100% be going back to them if needed.
