there were 5 groups of people waiting for an about hour and then the provider at 1pm Nov 17 sunday states that she cannot see the patients anymore. as a medical provider myself that is unacceptable and do not go to this urgent care or else you will just waste your time. Imagine if someone was waiting in the clinic with a true concern and this place just delays your care for 1 hour without even a second thought. It is very irresponsible and I would not have this place take care of my loved ones. I will be telling my family members and patients to avoid this clinic at all costs. Do better for your patients.

This was the worst urgent care experience Iu2019ve ever had. I arrived at 4:05 PM on Friday, 4/4/25, to check in, and was told by the front desk staff that they were closing early and I should come back tomorrowu2014even though theyu2019re supposed to close at 4:30 PM.When I questioned it, she claimed all the rooms were full with patients. Just a minute later, another staff member came out and said the rooms were actually empty and there were no doctors inside. The staff were disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly not honest about the situation. Complete waste of time. Avoid this place if you actually need care.

Do not go to this clinic. I have had active health insurance for years. Upon checking in I provided my insurance ID card and the receptionist said she would call to verify my eligibility benefits. I was seen by the nurse practitioner and went home with medication.Fast forward to nearly 6 months after my appointment, I get a text message that says I have an invoice due. I called the number thinking it might be a scam and was told that invoices are not mailed out to patients and the only notification is the text message alert that takes you to their website containing your invoice. My invoice had a date nearly 3 months after my original date of service, but yet I had no knowledge of the invoice until nearly 6 months after my appointment. I noticed on my invoice it was not taking my insurance into account & I contacted my insurance company to see if a claim was submitted. My insurance had never received the claim so I called 424-888-7650 asking why they never billed insuranceu2026.. apparently they did not have the correct information in their system (even though I had provided my insurance card the day I sought medical attention). They said theyu2019d process it and submit my claim to insurance & to ignore my balance due until a new invoice is generated. I ignore the invoice and wait until one day I get a piece of mail from a collection agency trying to settle the debt. They sent me to collections!!! I immediately call 424-888-7650 and after 4 tries finally get through to a person. They claim my insurance information is still not updated and a claim was never submitted to my insurance plan. She states that she will resubmit and recall my account from collections. I contact my insurance company, they said the claim would be denied because if they submit the claim it wouldnu2019t satisfy the timeliness requirements for payment. Their collection company TSC is now calling meu2026.Needless to say I paid the full amount due that was charged without using my medical insurance. After this fiasco, I will never go back.

Wish I knew what I was walking into. They stated an hour wait once I checked in with just 4 people ahead. Which turned out to be 3 hours total due to the unprofessionalism of the assistant there. Once she checked my vitals she took me to the room and said nothing before closing the door. It seemed like the Dr. saw everyone else left in the building before me because apparently they u201chad no chartu201d for me the whole time. He mentioned to the other employees that he had seen my name but had no chart for me but yet still didnu2019t try to do anything about it then. He came in and out because it is now 8pm and everyone is rushing to go home. After the test he wanted to do, the same assistant came back in afterwards and said u201chere is your work noteu201d not a single word of the results or anything else. An hour later I get a text from CVS that I have a prescription in process which I had no clue about because no one said anything of what I had or what the treatment would be. Definitely a waste of time here because turns out the Dr. had prescribed something I am allergic too that I specifically put on their paperwork, so now I have to wait another business day to get treated.

Paid $150 for an IV consultation. Just to be told they donu2019t have anyone experienced enough to do it. Mind you, they advertise for IVs in the lobby. Big poster. They wouldnu2019t give me my money back. I basically got robbed. Go anywhere else.
