The front office assistant welcomed me with a smile. She provided me with the necessary paperwork to complete my registration and within a few minutes I was called to the exam room. The medical assistant listened to my concerns and told me the doctor would be in soon. The doctor was professional and courteous and give me a sense of confidence that my diagnosis was not life threatening.

I love the experience that have received when the male doctor is there, Ian I believe his name is 5 stars for Ian. But he needs to hire some better help. The young unprofessional assistant there lacks professionalism. The one with the bad curly wig in the back. Itu2019s really sad because he is great and she does not match his energy at all.

Do not go here...i have great insurance and went to this place because I was sick and needed a prescription asap. I spent 4 mins with the practitioner. She asked me if i wanted a test because my insurance would cover it. and I got a prescription. Since then I have received $600+ in bills for unknown reasons. Obviously my insurance did not cover whatever test she gave me. This place is not transparent with what bills you will owe from a simple visit.nnUpdate: a month later...no one has reached out

Registration process could be better .nWhen people are sick, they don't want to go through all these . Front dest person should help or do the paper works for elderly people. PA/NP was great , very caring and knowledgeable. All A Plus for him. I do recommend this place.
