Came down with a flu and went to this clinic for antiviral treatment because it was imperative that I be able to speak the following Saturday. I found the staff to be friendly, polite, and professional. My provider was Benjamin Brenner. He was a good listener and prescibed the meds he felt would get me feeling better quickly. Total time from sign in to discharge was about one hour and 50 minutes. In my opinion that is pretty good. Thank you, Benjamin and staff. I appreciate what you did for me.

Telehealth wait time was a bit lengthy, however, the care and attention my daughter received was worth the wait. The Dr took the time to explain in detail the possible diagnosis of my daughteru2019s sxs. She explained the diet my daughter should follow and made sure to speak to my daughter about her sxs. Will return.

I was referred by the VA to this urgent Care. I arrive i informed them that the VA had referred me there. RIGHT AWAY.!!!!! THEY ACTED like it was a hardship for them to see me. They said I had to sign a financial responsibility form. I said that that would not be an issue. Once, I agreed to sign it. All of sudden they said VA would not pay. It just seems it was an in convenient process for them and did not want to deal with it. IF your Vet with any type of insurance I won't come here for any type of service. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!

I never had any allergies until a Dr here had me continue a medication I was clearly allergic to. I developed tons of allergies to everything as a consequence, many fell off but some stuck. Even when I came in clearly showing signs of an allergic reaction they had me continue the medication then gave me a second one that I also became allergic to. The issue wasnu2019t addressed properly until I ended up in the ER.nnIu2019m unsure if the Dr was intentionally doing such or undereducated, as I witnessed another patient further along in the same boat as me. Breathing issues, fast heart, seemingly out of breath but she wasnu2019t moving a lot. I went from running up mountains to being unable to lift a jug of milk without almost passing out. Had to take antihistamines around the clock for months.nnA simple infection became detrimental to my life, I was also given incorrect medical information that was later disproven.
