We live 6 hours away and have repeatedly had issues with communications. Our family members tells us everything is going great but we would appreciate honest communications from all aspects including nursing, social services, and religious services. If possible would give a negative number in these aspects but as is they are the only hospice available. If we could change services we would.

Caring, Respectful and Professional Services! Although this review is long overdue, not a day goes by that I don't thank God for putting Rebekah and her team at Encompass into our family's lives in February 2017. Having received EXCELLENT home healthcare services from the same company in Houston, TX, I was thrilled to learn that they were also located in Ruidoso when my mom decided that she was ready for Hospice. It could've been complicated with this interstate transfer of a patient, but this team made it work flawlessly. When my mom arrived, by ambulance, in the middle of the night, Encompass was waiting for her with all the necessary equipment and personnel. After she took her last breath, they helped me with the next steps with caring grace and empathy. I didn't have to think....the team just guided me and helped me along the way. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
