This was my 2nd visit in 4 weeks because my physician was out of town. I received the same excellent care on both visits by all nursing staff and receptionists. I was fortunate to have Robert Gardener, NP attend to my conditions on both visits. Very pleased with the excellent care given and compassionate attention received. I came into the walkin on Monday around 9am and within 5 minutes I was already back in the room. I was able to get my vitals and swabs very quickly. After my results came back Dr. Wright walked in and from start to finish he was super attentive and made sure all the bases were covered. His bedside manner was top tier. This was by far one of the best walk in clinic experiences I have ever had. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the provider, everyone was pleasant and welcoming.

This is an absolutely wonderful group of people. I had to take my wife in because she cut herself while choring in the yard. Turned out that she needed stitches. We were in and out in an hour with 8 stitches. The entire time we were there the nurse Myla and the doctor Kent were very friendly and personable. We kept apologizing because we were there 45 minutes after they closed, but they didn't care and were very happy to help us. While she was getting stitched up, we found out the amount of experience they have is extensive. They were also very informative about the follow up care and gave us some extra supplies to make sure that we kept it clean and dry. Absolutely top notch team and we will be happy to use them in the future.

I was at this clinic 2 years ago where they immediately diagnosed me to be in renal failure and called an ambulance. I went the other day thinking the same thing may be going on since I had some of the same symtoms. They took me in back within probably 5-10 minutes. The nurse was very nice and friendly and took my vitals and said someone would be in shortly. In less than 5 minutes Robert Gardner FNP came in to see me. He also was very friendly and asked all sorts of questions and seemed truly concerned with my problems. He listened to my lungs and thought more along a lung infection and sent me for a chest xray the girl came almost immediately to take me for the xray. She also was very friendly and considerate. I then went back to the room and had Tristan(?) come in to draw blood. After what seemed like 5 minutes Robert came back in with the blood test results and xray results and said my kidneys were fine but I had a lower rsp. tract infection. He wanted to give me an IV because I was so dehydrated, so a nurse came in to start it but could not get the needle inserted correctly. She said she wasn't going to try again and would go get Tristan again. I am not an easy stick so I was happy she didn't keep trying since he got it on the first try. To make a long story short I was once again very pleased with my visit here. I have come here 3 times and will admit my middle visit was not as smooth I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Was it because I wasn't as sick? I don't know but if I need a walk in clinic again I would head here first.

I went in literally crying in my car beforehand because it was in such pain feeling so sick. They first handled my insurance so good, and then it was very quick moving from there. I was sat in the room and immediately the nurse began asking questions. Five minutes later the nurse practitioner came in and I had to have bloodwork done, whom that person came in two minutes later. Then the nurse practitioner came back within a few minutes to discuss my results, which came so quick, and then gave me my options. Someone else then came super quick to help and I was off on my way. The nurse practitioner listened to every word I had to say and made me feel heard. I had been to a different clinic five days before which treated me so poorly and couldu2019ve cared less to listen. I would recommend this place to anyone and I already have to my friends. And everyone was so nice, including the front desk staff:)))
