Billing department is RUDE and will hang up in your face. I called after visiting and was told that I had a prior bill from over 1year ago that I never heard of. Come to find out, they sent a bill to an address Iu2019ve had over 10yrs ago! Although they have a copy of my ID and all my check in paperwork is my correct address. I was given a number to a billing department to check further and found the person who answered ver rude. After she told me u201coh well that the address was wrong! Your insurance was right and they only covered a portionu201d she hung up. Once I tried to call back, she laughed and hung up in my face. I have emailed client relations and still no answer. THIS PLACE IS A BILLING NIGHTMARE. Very unprofessional and you do not want to deal with that.

My wife came in for an ear infection. They charged us over $250.00, including prescriptions. After a week of antibiotics, no improvement. I called and asked Erica, the phone answering person, to speak with the Dr or someone that could help us. She refused, she would not even ask the Dr to contact me. So, after explaining the situation again, I asked her what they could do to help my sick wife. She said the only option is that we would have to come back in and pay their fees again if we wanted to talk to the Dr. When I pressed and asked to speak to someone else, she hung up on me. We have found other, much better and more affordable options, DRSAYS on line... I would never recommend that anyone waste their time or money on this very disrespectful place.

The receptionist has been extremely unprofessional during my experience. She hangs up mid conversation and I can barely hear her when she does speak. I had labs sent 5 days ago with no updates or ways of communicating with a medical professional.

I've been on just on hold, on the phone for 30+ mins because they can't find the bill or eob... I have it in front of me. she's being so rude; she put me on hold before I could explain I have the claim number on the eob. I also have tried to explain to her multiple times she is mixing up two of my visits and the payments associated with them. Which is unacceptable because ones 2/2023 and the other 8/2023. She has put me on mute to ignore what I'm saying and when I try to speak up she responds with are you done so I can talk. How is this customer service... I hope no one else has to deal with this.nnThey lost the eob. I have to send a third one now. No result in sight

This place lacks professionalism, I made an online appointment, received a confirmation e-mail and when I arrived after driving from St. Augustine Fl (40 minutes away), they said they did not have no appointment for me there.nnLady at the front desk did not even seam bothered at all nor maid an attempt to ask me anything other than No, we do not have you in our system for an appointment.nnI am attaching a pic of my appointment reservation email, I guess they do not honor u201cThe FREE eye examsu201d they offer online. Definitely not coming back.
