As an RBT, I work with children regularly, and Soma Medical Center, P.A. Pediatrics has truly impressed me with its warm, kid-friendly environment. Dr. Christina was fantasticu2014she took the time to engage with the child I accompanied in a way that was both calming and playful, making the experience easy and positive for everyone involved. Her approach is incredibly patient and understanding, which is so important when working with special kids.nnThe staff at Soma Medical Center are equally welcoming, and the entire atmosphere feels inviting and comfortable. Front office staff very helpful Antony was great, calm very professional with the rest of the front office staff !nSoraya was great! Very open and well explained much professional!nNurse practitioner Ana Rey Medina on the other hand very rude and cold with my daughter. My daughter asked what was the light for and she respondedu201dbecause you are in a doctor, you obviously donu2019t want to be hereu201d even though my daughter was quiet following directions to each one of her request.nWhen I asked questions about my daughter she would show bother as if I couldnu2019t question her and was fast to say maybe she needs a psychologist. Very rude!! Wonu2019t come here again thanks to her, my daughter left crying, feeling really uncomfortable and scared after her treatment. Who says such things to a kid! As Soma medical has been my former employer, Iu2019ve never seen this type of treatments. This is the first and last!

My first visit was awesome, but over time I noticed soma is more so dedicated to Spanish patients. Visitu2019s via web sucks I would not recommend that at all. Clean establishment I just donu2019t believe I will continue my child going.

I'd like to Start off saying everyone here is amazing but the problem is that Marina Oporta is very rude and I'm completely unsatisfied with the way she handles something that I repeatedly told her about my son. About 3 months ago I had told her that my son had been messing with his ear and she diagnosed saying he's just messing with them because they are new and now the manager of the place is just going to side with the doctor that I didn't know what I was talking about 3 months ago the baby was messing with his ears now he's really sick has a bad cough now he has an ear infection just saying you guys need to really sit down with each other and understand we're talking about babies and children here okay have some responsibility of what you do and if you do something wrong you do something wrong the doctors need to thoroughly go through what the parents are telling the doctor not just do whatever they feel and say oh he just messing with his ears the management needs to stop siding with the employees that are there and think about what the parents are telling the doctor and understand everybody else at this office is great but the main person that should be the best is actually the worst. So Sandra Vasquez the management here is just going to side with everybody that works there not listen to any type of complaints that a parent is going through good job everybody over there except the main people the manager and the pediatrician
