From the receptionist to Medical Assistant to the PA in, they made sure to address all of my issues and communicate the plan of care very well. Everyone was very nice and patient. The PA today was very nice and she gave good recommendations and advice along with my plan of care. if i could give 10 stars i would!!

I truly think the nurses, PAu2019s & staff are extremely nice. They make you feel comfortable while there and always a clean facility. Thatu2019s why Iu2019m giving them 3 stars. BUT Iu2019ve been to this location 3 times and this will be my last. This last visit, I have been experiencing vertigo pretty bad, and they were taking it seriously UP until the point I had mentioned I got adjusted by a chiropractor.nnNow I WORK for a chiropractor, so I know that medical doctors & DOCu2019s do not play nice together. But after hearing I was adjusted, I was referred to the ER for some possible diagnosis I personally have never heard of (itu2019s a real diagnosis, but to me I had never heard of it)nnI refused to go to the ER and had to sign a disclosure agreement. I felt that once I had mentioned what I have tried, the seriousness was over.nnAgain, great staff. Truly wonderful people for all they do. But for this urgent care locationu2026u2026 I would just say go see your PCP.

I was visiting from Fort Lauderdale and needed to go to urgent care. I couldu2019ve gotten better service. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. The nurse practitioner was amazing that they got the medication I needed and Iu2019m just totally pleased.

The nurse was amazing. The doctor was pathetic. She should not practice medicine ever again. The receptionist needs better training and should ask more questions if theyu2019re not confident in making choices.nWas very descriptive and very upfront about why we were there. Never been to an urgent care where I was told that we canu2019t do anything to help you whatsoever. Youu2019ll have to go to an emergency room. After being checked in and waiting three hours. Would not recommend to anyone. Our take away from the dialogue between the doctor and the nurse it sounds like they would rather send everyone Who walks through their doors to the emergency room rather than dealing with anyone.

Iu2019m giving one star in order to get your attention. My recent visit was exemplary but honestly you must do something about the awful music you play. It may seem like a small thing to you but when I arrived with a pounding headache and a raging sore throat and was forced to listen to loud screaming electronic music while I waited, I was furious. When I complained to the staff I was even more upset. The staff is given no access to control the music because the door is locked to the room where itu2019s controlled. So where I had to put up with this u201cmusicu201d for 15 minutes twice in 10 days, this staff is stuck with it all the time and they are miserable. If this is the best you can do, please just turn it off.
