These front receptionist need to learn to speak to people and not pick and choose who they want to blurt out people financial business out by race, still part of personal info I donu2019t want to be shared. First told me I couldnu2019t be seen if I didnu2019t pay my co-payment then paid next visit had the audacity to say you have balance of 30 dollars need to pay something. Everyone who checked in they was friendly didnu2019t speak loudly about somebody bill want to have attitude towards when I said I paid my co- payment like yall ask not worrying about no 30 dollars balance. I honestly canu2019t wait to move out of New Mexico. People got no professionalism in healthcare field or not. I am in healthcare field is sad part. Let me remind you I paid hundred towards my little balance last week. Another thing I hear one of the workers say I canu2019t stand her before walking in the room but I didnu2019t say nothing. As a healthcare worker I love what I do I would never make any patients of mind feel like a bother or unwelcomed. Dr. Samuels great doctor I have took care a few of her patients myself. After this visit I will be finding another provider even if it means me having to travel outside of the state.

Wait times are bad. All the other comments are correct. They ask you to show up 15 minutes early, and you wait in the waiting room for 1 hr 15 minutes. Then you're put in a room to wait another hour before being seen. I've gone twice for routine visits and haven't left in less than 2.5 hours either time. Dr. Sumulong is a great doctor though

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. Daughter went in to see a different dr because her primary dr was on maternity leave, and staff were basically verbally abusive. Then dr ordered a test to be completed at the hospital and it took them over a week to even submit it to insurance. Called multiple times and got a different excuse every time. I wouldnu2019t recommend this facility.

my husband had an appointment for 930am with Roset Samuel, M.D. today he has been waitingna very long time past his appointment time. it's 11 am he still hasn't been seen by the doctor. that is 1.5 hour past appointment time that is ridiculous and unacceptable for a scheduled primary care appointment. he probably would have been seen faster if he went to urgent care he arrived early. he waited till 1019am to be taken to the back room and at 1110 am he was still waiting to be seen by the doctor for over an 2 hours past appointment time at a primary care appointment is unacceptable. ( we came earlier around 830am it almost 11am unacceptable) I inquire at the desk how long she made it sound like the doctor wasn't even there she was at the hospital with an emergency. So if that's true all her morning appointments should have been canceled and reschedule immediately. 2 hours past appointment time ? unacceptable DO NOT !!! GO TO THIS CLINIC AND ATTEMPT TO BE SEEN WITH DR. SAMUEL.

My wife went to see sandra piedra at family care at lohman this morning Jan 7 2025.nIf you have a cough they will swab for covid, flue, and strep. If it comes back positive they will turn you away and make you have a phone appointment essentially denying you medical care because you cannot accurately examine and diagnos over the phone. Dr's for decades have insisted they have to see you in person to treat and now they are going against their hypocrite oath by turning patients away from in person visits which does more harm than good.
