This is a sham company.nFilled with self important PAu2019s.nThey do not care about their patients at all. Itu2019s all about the money and billing.nCouldnu2019t get any return phone calls from anyone for over 6 months about my 93 year old mother in memory care. When the facility called, she told me that she has 50 patients a day and no time to call me about my Mothers illness. Then she hung up.nThey only care about how much they can bill for.nDesiree Dampier is the worst.

My nurse for many years was Leizel & she was wonderful, I just severed my relationship with them due to their billing practices. I could not take that lack of knowledge & incorrect billing anymore. They need to be educated on medicare! Tired of dealing with that department constantly!

I would recommend mobile medical to anyone who asks. They are all kind caring and extremely helpful. I spoke with Melissa on the phone and she walked me through the process of what there services were and within a couple hours I was doing a tele visit with one of there Nurse Practitioners and was able to send medications into the pharmacy for me. And I was able to do all this from the comfort of my own home. Melissa and her coworkers are amazing. Thank you all for taking care of me in my time of need.

I contacted this company after about 7 days of COVID-19. Everything was streamlined and well organized. The nurse Blair came to my house and gave me the antibody shots. She was beyond professional, kind, and explained everything in depth. Judging this company by the nurse they sent to my house this company is 5 stars!! Canu2019t say enough on how easy this was.

Iu2019ve worked with the owner since she started the company. This is a great resource for home medical care instead of going to your doctors office. The nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and caring medical providers, especially Leah, Amanda and Harolyn to mention a few. I give them more than 5 Stars!
