They really deserve a rating of less than zero. This whole business is run improperly obviously they donu2019t know how to run a medical practice building of any sort and donu2019t know how to manage incoming patients nor do they know how to streamline and they are extremely rude. There is no reason at all Why receptionist in a medical facility should be rolling her eyes at me for asking basic questions

I went for myself the other day to this Urgent Care. I had a lingering cough that wouldn't go away with OTC meds.nThe front desk was very friendly in my check-in.nThe wait wasn't long at all.nThe nurse & Doctor were both wonderful.nShe listened to my concerns & gave me detailed info on my prescription & aftercare at home.

ive taken family members here 2xs. both times we had excellent experiences.. very thorough and not rushed..always polite and professional. I had a familynmember therein Feb of 2020, the dr was sooo patient with her.. she needed to go to the er, immediately but was resistant to do it..the dr got on his knees infront ofwhere she was sitting and pleaded with her to go.. she did and she would of been dead within a week, the er said, if she hadn't been persuaded to go by the Urgent Care dr! I highly recommend visiting here if in need of a dr!

I have always been pleased with front desk staff and medical assistants but the doctors left a lot to be desired.nnLast night I had to take my twins there because they have been on a rollercoaster of sickness. Reluctantly, as a last resort we went.nnTo our surprise there was an excellent physician(Dr. Decker)on staff. Very kid friendly and knowledgeable. We even got a follow up phone call the next day from the staff to see how my kids were doing.nnGreat job guys. Keep up the good work.
