I've visited this office twice in the past two years. Both times, my mother was visiting from overseas and needed to see a doctor without insurance (eye infection the first time; running out of sleep medicine the second time). We had a really good experience in the office. The doctor was very patient-centered and my mom who doesn't speak English liked him too. My other alternative would have been a lot slower/inconvenient and a lot costlier.

I'm visiting from the UK for business and developed very painful tonsillitis as soon as I got to the States.nI was a walk-in to South Loop Urgent Care today and was treated with kindness and sympathy throughout. The medical team and doctor went above and beyond to ensure I left with the right prescription to get me back on my feet. Would definitely recommend.

The lobby and observation rooms are really dirty. This place doesnu2019t even look like a real doctors office and there appears to be no cleaning practices in place. The observation room has a dirty leather chair they have you sit in, expired bottles of Betadine, dusty old equipment. This is unacceptable for a medical practice especially during covid times. Doctor and nurses do not knock when they come in the room. Literally heard the doctor just say u201chas anyone done a strep test before?u201d This place is very unprofessional. The doctor wanted to prescribe me medications without knowing my covid or strep results, I had to advocate for myself that I didnu2019t want any medications until I knew the results. He wanted to prescribe medications for pneumonia when I wasnu2019t showing any symptoms of that and already said I took an at home rapid test with a negative result. Front desk staff and student nurses are pleasant and nice though.

Let me start by saying that before coming here I went to another urgent care to remove my stitch and in the other one after waiting for 2 hr the dr said he wasnu2019t available to remove the stitch because ( * insert excuses ) , here I came in after 10 min the dr came and with heu2019s assistant took it off in 4 min . Iu2019m very grateful for this location! The front desk is super friendly and the 2 assistant that were there were empathic and very supportive . hopefully I wonu2019t have to come back but I highly recommend this place for efficient and good health care service! ud83dudc4fud83cudffd

I really donu2019t get where is 5stars coming from.nIu2019m here right now with my wife. Waiting for over 1hour and tiny room filled with one Dr. and 3of his student. Oh not even mention after the first client left,not even clean the room before trying to sending me in. Luckily the Dr. told 6of students were waiting outside the room to clean before sending any one in. Come on, students. Base knowledge here.nSlow as ****as they go!!!nnwill update after seen by the dr.
