I went to this clinic in February to have my knee x rayed to see if I had knee surgery.it is 9 weeks later and they claim I am not there patient and they canu2019t tell me who read my x ray. Before today I left messages and know one returned my phone call. So I will drive over to the clinic on Thursday to find out who read my X-ray. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Please post this so that people know how bad things will be when they come to your clinic.

This is a filthy disgusting place, even by third world standards!nThe waiting room filthy, carpets dirty, walls grimy with dirty hand prints and crayons marks all over, black cloth upholstery on chairs scribbled with crayons on seats, large grease spots on walls above chair backs where waiting patients rested the back of their heads against the wall. Strong overpowering smell of perfume throughout building.nI was sent here by Social Security disability for x rays of my low back, they don't even have an X-ray machine here because a man arrived pulling a rickety 2 wheel hand cart and went back. A few minutes later I was called back into a room, the man tried numerous times to take an X-ray without any luck, he jiggled wires and made several phone calls to a tech support phone number, tried to reboot machine and tried again without any luck. I was never offered a protective apron to cover my genitals even after asking. I finally had enough with the incompetence and left. 10 minutes after leaving, the clinic called me to come back, claiming they got the machine working.nI seriously doubt this place has any medical credentials or a license!

If I could give more stars, I would. From the front desk to Dr. Shafi, everybody was great. Warm, professional, thorough, and genuinely interested in me as a person.I will never be able to thank them enough for the kindness they showed me that day, and would definitely recommend them for urgent care if you are in the MN.
