I had a DOT physical today at Urgent Care Clinic South, and my experience was very good. Staff was professional and courteous, doc was too. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, and won't hesitate to return in the future. Just one surprise: I had another DOT physical here about two or three years ago, dont recall exactly - and it was roughly the same price. When the cost of EVERYTHING has gone up recently, todays exam was still under $100. Really appreciate that! Thank you all for a good visit!

I came to urgent care clinic, after best med was going to be a 3 to 4 hours wait to have my son's ear infection looked at, This place was amazing, starting with the nurse she was super understanding and caring of my son with developmental delays , the front desk staff all were kind, & the doctor was nice informative and great with him as well. They were super quick for a walk in Urgent care, have an app that tells your spot in line and that you can schedule future appointments.

I went in with a foot injury & without an appointment. The staff still got me in after a reasonably short wait. They were very friendly & professional, giving me all my options. I got my foot stitched up & was on my way in a total time of about 1.5 hrs. Kudos to the staff!

I went in for Strep throat. I could see the the white blobs on my tonsils and felt like broken glass in my throat. The staff was so great. The nurse was wonderful and communicated effectively. I can not say the same for the Dr. The nurse swabbed my throat and tested for strep. I could overhear her clearly tell the Dr that I tested positive for Strep Throat. He comes in, asking about my vaccination status and recommending a Covid test. I said why do I need to test for that when I clearly heard the nurse tell you I was positive for Strep? He tried backing his point showing me his paper, saying he's the expert and knows what he's doing blah blah blah. Finally after back and forth he said he would go back and talk to the nurse. I could ALSO overhear this conversation. He took out his embarrassment on her. Such poor etiquette for a professional of his status. She repeated herself and said he tested positive for strep. What was written down was a negative sign instead of positive sign. He told her to come in and tell me that she made the mistake. When she came in and closed the door to tell me my information. He also came in while she was speaking and causing the door to bump her in the back. After officially establishing I have strep, he wrote a prescription for antibiotics. At this point I mention to the Dr, that I've struggled sleeping the last 2 nights due to pain in my throat, making each day harder to tolerate the pain. Everything I was doing at home, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, water and salt, Tea, sleep aid, etc wasn't enough to keep the pain from allowing me to sleep. I asked for something stronger that he recommends about 4 different times. He continued to dodge the request and tell me the antibiotics will work very fast up to 48 hours. So potentially another 2 nights of painful sleepless nights. It felt like he was trying to sell me on the idea that I would be ok with just antibiotics. Well I haven't been. It's now been 24 hours since my appt. I did not sleep for the 3rd night in a row. I was able to dose off in the early morning hours after 5am. However it only lasts a few hours before I'm waking up with pain. For the Dr to just dismiss my situation, not listen to me or communicate effectively. Defending his ego saying he's an expert etc instead of just listening to my concerns. I will not be going back to this clinic specifically because of this Dr. The staff was very pleasant. The nurse was approachable, and communicated effectively.

Went in for a DOT medical card exam. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The doctor gave me some advice based on some medications I'm on which was above and beyond just doing a quick medical exam. My family doctor doesn't do medical card exams, I will use this clinic moving forward. Very reasonable price as well.
