I was @ health center for my DOT screening.nBig parking lot right outside. As I got in the front desk greeted me and quickly took me in. The front desk lady was pleasant and helpful. My employer was suppose to send some paperwork but they didnu2019t. She called and settled everything for me.nThe lady who performed all the test was so polite and professional. She was explaining me everything I had to do.i am highly satisfied with their work.nFacility is old could use upgrade but job was done. Keep it up.

Went to the Canton office for a DOT . I drove all the way From Pembroke (45 min) bus lot directly after i dropped off school bus.nRude lady made me put on mask just to tell me 10 am is too late for a DOT. I said i came directly from work. I cant get here any earlier. So i guess my company needs to find another place for its bus drivers to go.

Twice I have had screenings scheduled and been told that they were closed. I arrived there at 4, only to see a woman exiting the reception area door. She began speaking and I assumed she was talking to me so I replied that I did not hear her. She told me u201cI wasnu2019t talking to you, what are you here for?u201d Then told me they stopped accepting people at 3, despite the fact that I had a form in my hand from THEIR company with a 4:00 appointment. The last time my employer scheduled it for before they opened, and I was given the same blank response when I told them their scheduling system is faulty.

The WORST experience Iu2019ve ever had w a drs office. Twice Iu2019ve called to get help because of pains i was having and needing to see a specialist and they asked me to come in a week from my call and went in once when I was pregnant waited in the room over an hour before I left. They didnu2019t notice or call for another hour to ask me if I was there and left. Unprofessional and rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Everytime I bring my client Long wait even with an appointment. Always waiting in a room .nToday so far its been 1 hour after the nurse took vitals.
