If I could leave less than one star I would.nnWhere to beginu2026 our insurance provider said this facility is covered by our insurance but the woman at the front desk wouldnu2019t accept it. We put our insurance provider on the phone with the woman at the front desk and she was baffled at the incompetence of the woman at the front desk, who seemed to not understand that we were covered. Regardless, our insurance told us to pay out of pocket and they will be filing a grievance on their end.nnI wish I looked at the reviews in advance, now Iu2019m seeing multiple complaints about their shady practices.nnRegardless, my wife was sick so we filled our intake form and were going to pay out of pocket. We sat back down and an hour later, no doctor, no indication of the wait time despite the fact that we had booked a 1:45 online.nnWe went back to the front desk to see what was going on and the woman just looked at us and asked if we were going to pay out of pocket. We were, we told her that an hour ago, and she did nothing about it.nnI truly have never met someone so incompetent, and that was before we even got to see the doctor.nnCanu2019t imagine what goes once you see the doctors.

I made an appointment for a chest x-ray. Minimal wait time, friendly staff, efficient delivery of services from the front desk to the X-ray tech, to the attending physician. Wonderful bedside manner from Dr. Gunner Nelson. Highly recommend!

We did have trouble signing in through the website, but the staff were very kind and welcoming and the doctor was thorough and quick. Also as a parent of an LGBTQIA young adult, I appreciate that this clinic is very LGBTQIA friendly.
