I was previously in this clinic and was eager to return. Dr. Rashid helped me a lot in the past to manage and control my pain. In the cervical, back and left shoulder. But as a result of the pandemic and other health conditions, I was forced to stop coming to attend other matters. Now it's been 2 weeks and in such a short time I can finally rest better at night. The employees are very attentive, mainly Liz, the receptionist. She is super helpful and always has a smile for you, which make your day ud83dude0a. She always listens to you and tries to help you, answer your questions or direct you to someone who can answer them. The truth is that being in this clinic feels like being among family. They sent me to another pain clinic previously and I was there one time and didn't want to go back due to the rudeness of the employees. They have amazing staff, super helpful. In the other hand Dr. Rashid is super unprofessional and never shows up in time. My time is as important as his, he is not giving a free service we are paying him for a service and should consider other peopleu2019s time.
