An ongoing and increasingly worse issue is setting appointments, calling days before to change them to either a different provider or telehealth. Then when you show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment you finally get seen 1.5 hours later. Being the only Workers Compensation Provider available in the local area really makes it difficult to just don't use them as many recommend. Been waiting for an MRI order since July that is incomplete according to authorization authority. Contacted multiple times to fix the issue to no avail.

Staff states this is a doctor's office not an urgent care and there's a wailist to see a doctor. I needed a vaccine for work and asked if there was a nurse practitioner and was told I'd have to be seen by a doctor first. Not trying to be helpful.

Went in for cough. They gave me flu, covid and strep test.- negative Then, said the dr. Would virtually call me. ?? I needed someone to hear my chest. Not call me.

Took me in as a walk in and I didn't have to wait too long. They definitely helped me with what I needed and absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.
