My family all had a cough, but I only took one of my kids in to not overwhelm the staff and see what would be needed for treatment. I asked about bringing the other children in but the nurse practitioner rudely said I couldnu2019t because they were closed. I didnu2019t look at the time, but by the time I went and paid the bill and walked to my vehicle it was still 1 minute before closing. They werenu2019t really closed, just ready to go home. Was just disappointed in the lack of care.

This place is wonderful. Was sick with sinus infection and hunting near by. Came in not feeling good at all. Lady at front very nice and th PA is awesome. Nurses are nice. If your sick out of town they can make you feel better. Wait was not bad hour and half from walking in to seeing PA and walking out. Go here if you get sick and need urgent care.

Brought my mom here and was nervous because of some of the reviews. Everyone including the lady at front desk was excellent. The sweet lady that we saw listened to our concerns and came up with a treatment that helped my mom feel 100% better. I also appreciate the follow up call to check on her. Will definitely go back here if there is another need to do so in the future.

They do not work within insurance standards. We were at out of pocket max, which the insurance verified, and they were asking for $100 copay, which is more than my $50 urgent care copay even if I weren't at out of pocket max! OOP terminology is regulated by the government, so it is universal. It is the max you even have to pay out of pocket PERIOD. They said they were in network but somehow don't count to the OOP max? Suspicious practices!!!nnWhile we were waiting, they also turned away someone who had their insurance on the phone saying they were covered, but the urgent care was saying they weren't.

The lady at the front checked me in and was kind. Now Rebecca, the Nurse Practitioner my gosh sheu2019s probably one of the BEST doctors Iu2019ve seen in all my years of going to the doctor. She listened and did a thorough checkup on me. Sweet as can be. Thank you for listening to my needs! Itu2019s hard to find that around here in this town. I highly recommend her.
