This urgent clinic is absolutely awful. My son made an appointment for 11:40 this morning and over 2 hours later they get him in a room. Then take another 30 minutes to decide to rest him for the flu & COVID. The doctor that came in apologized to him because most of the patients were only here for their test results. From now on we will use Accent Urgent Care down the street, they are efficient, friendly and fast with seeing their patients and getting test results back.nnUnacceptable St. Francis.

Used to be great but the past few times I came in the wait time increased and the service has dropped. I had a migraine this morning and after waiting 45 min , I went else where. To many people standing around talking for someone to wait in pain.

The closest thing to hell on earth, I would rather lay in a grass field and suffer until i pass then ever come back here again. The workers are terrible , disrespectful , treat you like an inconvenience and have no compassion. I would recommend going anywhere but here and I will honestly beg anyone to steer away from this clinic. I sat for two hours in agonizing pain , a pain so deep that i wouldve given anything to simply have gone unconcious. Just for them to state the most obvious fact , that my ear was infected , something any normal person including myself couldve diagnosed within a second. I sat through three hours of agony to be told something I already knew. Watched them turn down multiple visitors in such an inhuman way, including one of which was a mother claiming her two year old had a broken foot. Heartless. Please do not ever give this place the time of day. If you were bleeding out, they would probably tell you your insurance is invalid and to go to the ER.

Sent family member there as I am out of town. Website says they will set up payment plan for those without insurance. Would not see the patient until they paid $200 up front. Test was supposedly negative for strep and sent home with pain meds. Donu2019t think they even tested for flu or covid.

Had a wonderful visit on 5/27 with PA Mike Iten, Nurses Jessica and Melissa. Mike ran a multitude of tests to help me. Jessica was great and Melissa worked hard to get blood from me for the the tests (I'm a difficult patient to draw blood from). I could not have asked for a better team on a holiday!! These folks should be recognized for their professionalism, their bedside manner and their spectacular abilities to treat patients. Would heartily recommend this urgent care to everyone!
