I have been bringing my mother (99 years old now) to the medical center for many years now. For a while she had the same physician. For the past 2 or 3 years the physicians would come and just as quickly they would be gone. Finally the physician taking care of my mom now is one of the best ones we have had. He is very thorough and makes sure we understand what is going on. He is also very caring and concerned about her health. His name is Doctor Andrew. He has also given me some tips on how to choose a pharmacy based on the services received. Dr Andrew is truly a breath of fresh air. To my opinion he goes above and beyond for his patients. A true blessing.

Was super excited to see a doctor here. I was late for my appointment and missed that opportunity. However, I called 15 min before my appointment time and sat on hold while my ETA from my home was 40 minutes and grew from 5 ..10...12 minutes late. I was on hold for about 10 minutes. I gave up at that point and kept driving. Checked in about 14 minutes late in the office. I was told on site I need to reschedule and would've been told to reschedule if I had gotten someone on the phone when I called (LOL). I sure would've like to been told that if I had gotten someone on the phone :)

I was here one timeu2026. My issue was not taken care of at all! I was prescribed a medication that had nothing to do with the reason I was there. I knew it wasnu2019t the correct medication but because Iu2019m not a physician decided to take it one time just to be sure I knew what I was talking about. I even told the so-called physician while I was there that I donu2019t believe that medication is going to work. They donu2019t listen to their patients, and not only that, but they are run by an office manager who likes to gossip, lie, and get involved in things that she should stay the hell out of. Thatu2019s OK though karma always comes back to get people who put negative crap out into the world. Itu2019s funny that this practice canu2019t even take care of their own patients, but theyu2019re worried about how their patients are treated at other offices. What a joke.

My two daughters and I love everyone there except for Andrew. He is condescending and made us feel like idiots. When we left our appointment, one of my daughters started crying bc he made her feel stupid. He made us all feel stupid.
