Dr. Ukachi is an awesome doctor! The nurses heu2019d employed in the past were nice and professional! The ppl he has now serving as nurses are unprofessional and rude (over the phone of course)! The wait time is horrible! Coming in for an appointment scheduled at 11am you may be seen at about 12:15... If you come as a walk in you may be seen before the practice closes although you may be the only one in the lobby! I personally like the Dr., but I am considering changing practices because I am not a fan of the ppl he employ!

This was an adventure to say the least first of all I guess they got upset because I was joking about paying before i saw the doctor I made a joke about what if I don't like him do I get my money back think I made him mad who knew. Anyway turned out he didn't like me treated me like a second class citizen when he came in the room he acted like he wished he was in another place. Anyway he ended up saying I needed to see some other doctor which is his right. I just cant believe that he was so childish.nnOne of the personal questions asked that you fill out for doctor is DO YOU OWN GUNS what does that have to do with being sick my answer was Why that might have ticked him off!l

Used to be my primary doctor, but since I have UNITED HEALTHCARE he won't see me. It may have worked out for the better because I was looking for another doctor anyways. He can be rude at times but once you give him a taste of his own meds, he will adjust quickly. u270cufe0f

Unprofessionally rude! His staff is great but his heart is obviously not in his job! People want to see doctors they trust and make them feel as though they care and listen to what you feel to get to the root of the issue but you definitely wonu2019t get that from him!!!
