The staff was professional but also personable. They always welcome walk-in clients which itu2019s important in a small town like Juneau. When my own PCP is too booked to see me, this clinic is a Godsend. It is hard for me to see doctors that I donu2019t know, but the staff here made me feel valued and at peace right away. The physicians assistant I saw was knowledgeable and helpful and the treatment plan worked well.

I was extremely impressed with my visit. Check-in and the staff were quick and professional. Shingles was my diagnoses so I was not cured in only one day.nnAnnoyingly the requests for this review have been a bit excessive but I guess it's the times we live in. I intend to tell everyone I know about the excellent service I recieved anyway.nnHighly recommended

Masks and hand sanitizer available in the lobby before you even enter.nVery friendly receptionist. Very thorough, medical assistant and fabulous medical provider. The only reason I gave a four star was because of the wait. I even got a follow up call in the next day to see how I was doing.nSo happy with the service and so thrilled that Wendy Smith is at this practice.

This place isnu2019t very Urgent and they sure donu2019t care much. They were 45 minutes late for my scheduled appointment, I was forced to pay them $150.00 before seeing the doctor, ( I donu2019t have insurance.) The secretary said there could be extra charges if we do anything EXTRA (x-rays, blood testing were the examples she gave me.) Nothing extra was done and the doctor Wendy, said I was good to go. After I left the clinic, the secretary called me and asked me to come back in and pay my balance. I was confused because I had already paid and no EXTRA tests were done. She made me pay another $151.50. (Extortion, or I wouldnu2019t get the antibiotics.) So over $300 just for a written prescription of antibiotics. Just to talk to a doctor. Try another place in town that cares about people more than money!

I'm not a local. I arrived midweek and by Friday had fluid in my ear and some sinus congestion after spending 4+ hours on a flight pressed next to a man who was coughing and sniffing/snorting the whole way. Poor dude, but I knew it was very likely that this would be my fate. Anyways, before my ear got real bad, I stopped in Juneau Urgent and Family Care to assess and in hindsight, it was a really good choice. There was no waiting. The front desk was quick, easy and helpful. I registered online, payed my copay and waited about five minutes. The nurse ran through preliminary vitals n noted my symptoms and was very understanding. I felt heard. The doctor then checked my ears n such, understood my adventure thus far and gave me a script and some options based on how things might progress, so I didn't have to come back if things go south and incur another office visit bill. That was the cherry on top. I'm from the Midwest and this was a more comprehensive visit that I typically receive back home. I really appreciated the entire visit and now feel very comfortable if and when I need care in the future. Way to hit a home run! Thank you!
