Went there for a sore throat, only thing they could focus on was swabbing my nose for covid which I told them no several times, and no I didn't let them, they took an xray and said we are going to helicopter me to Morgantown for cancer treatment. Told them they are out of their mind. I left. Went to a specialist and all it was infected tonsil. Stay away from this place

My grandson split his nose wide open. We have been here since round 1130 this morning. He is still sitting here waiting to be seen by a doctor. They told us almost 2 hrs ago a doctor would come shortly. The doctor is sitting out in nurses area and doing nothing. The nurses even asked him when he was going to see him and he is still sitting there doing nothing. Nurses are very disrespectful and doctors are lazy

Self check in is a joke for older folks who have no idea how to work the kiosk. Telling the real girl that doesn't seem to help, their response is go to the self check in....omg

my son recently was seen in ER for a laceration of his heel. This was on a Friday morning. He was told by ER doc. that this MIGHT be a partial laceration of Achilles tendon and he would be referred to an orthopedic doctor. The wound was closed and he was released on antibiotics. It took us 5 days to finally get in with a PA for follow up----5 days of worrying if this injury was going to require physical therapy, or surgery. why could he not have been seen in ER by ortho. to determine if this was indeed a partial laceration of Achilles tendon? You emptied out your ER quickly but there wasn't any follow up available for this injury. You left us floating for 5 days.

Worst experience I have ever received at an ER. Came in with bloody stool for two weeks. Doctor didnt even do a physical exam and just ordered blood work., no test or look to seek if there were external or internal hemorrhoids. Having a medical background myself, I know he didnu2019t provide the proper care. Wasted 3 hours! As I was leaving I asked the doctor for a doctoru2019s excuse. He told me u201che was not in the business of giving out excuses and that he is there to render medical careu201d and laughed about it. You should probably let patients know that before seeing them and giving them an option to see another doctor. ER visits are not normally planned and people have to call off. Some people could loses their jobs without a written excuse, and this clown thanks it is funny. His names is Doctor Thomas Brandes. Worse doctor I have ever met and very unprofessional! I will be contacting the state medical board as well to file a complaint against Dr. Brandes.
