Although as usual the ER was busy, my care was excellent. They did not have a surplus of beds as many ER's do not. I had a dog bite of my (dominate) rt hand and left forearm. The staff did the best they could with the amount of staff and ancillary help. The NP on staff was very conscious and her care was excellent. I recommend this facility, keeping in mind they are an emergncy and they have many patients to tend to and then there are the concerned famiiy members. Having been an nurse in many areas of medicine, I speak of experience

I recently visited this urgent care facility and had an excellent experience. Dr. Justin was incredibly thorough during my examination, taking the time to listen to my concerns and address each one. His knowledge and professionalism were evident, and I truly appreciated how well he explained my diagnosis and treatment plan. I felt immediate relief the very next day, which speaks to the effectiveness of his care. Additionally, the best part was that there was no wait time, making the whole visit quick and hassle-free. Overall, Iu2019m grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend this urgent care center!

The staff was efficiently fast, courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor knew what I needed for my shoulder. Heu2019s the first doctor Iu2019ve gone to that recommended the patch. I will always come here and I will recommend my friends and family to come here as well. I made the appointment and then was greeted and checked in quickly when I got there. Everyone is very friendly and helped me with what I had to do right away. The PA came into the room and was very knowledgeable and knew what the labs said and told me what she would do and what I could ask my primary when I saw her. The prescription was called In like she said they would do and all was ok soon!!

Got there just before closing on Saturday night. I thought I was bitten by a spider. The foot was puffy and red. The Physicians assistant was wonderful! Took a look at my foot , he felt it wasn't a spider bite but maybe an infection of some kind. He prescribed an antibiotic which when I left got filled. He he was very kind and took time to Listen to me, even when it was a bit after 7pm. I would highly recommend NW urgent care on Oracle and Magee.
